Declutter（「本 App」）由 Denzel & Witt Creation 開發及營運。本私隱政策說明我們如何處理你在使用本 App 時的資料。
Declutter 不會收集任何個人身份識別資料。所有打卡記錄、相片及設定均儲存於你的裝置本地，不會上傳至任何伺服器。我們不設帳號系統，亦不要求你提供姓名、電郵或任何個人資料。
你拍攝的物品相片僅儲存於你的裝置。我們不會存取、上傳或分享你的相片。當你使用 AI 識別功能時，相片會以加密方式傳送至 Anthropic API 進行分析，分析完成後即時刪除，不會被儲存。
本 App 的 AI 物品識別功能由 Anthropic 提供。當你選擇使用此功能時，相片會傳送至 Anthropic 的伺服器進行分析。Anthropic 的私隱政策適用於此資料傳輸，詳情請參閱 anthropic.com/privacy。
如你啟用每日提醒，通知將在你的裝置本地生成，不涉及任何外部伺服器。
Declutter Pro 訂閱透過 Apple App Store 處理。我們不會收集或儲存你的付款資料。所有交易均由 Apple 直接處理，受 Apple 的私隱政策及服務條款管轄。
本 App 目前不使用任何第三方分析工具或廣告服務。
你的所有資料均存放於裝置本地。如你刪除本 App，所有資料將一併永久刪除。
本 App 適合所有年齡人士使用，不會故意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。

Declutter ("the App") is developed and operated by Denzel & Witt Creation. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App.
Declutter does not collect any personally identifiable information. All check-in records, photos, and settings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server. We have no account system and do not require your name, email, or any personal information.
Photos you take of items are stored only on your device. We do not access, upload, or share your photos. When you use the AI recognition feature, photos are transmitted securely to the Anthropic API for analysis and are not stored after processing.
The AI item recognition feature is powered by Anthropic. When you choose to use this feature, your photo is sent to Anthropic's servers for analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this data transfer. Please visit anthropic.com/privacy for details.
If you enable daily reminders, notifications are generated locally on your device and do not involve any external servers.
Declutter Pro subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. All transactions are handled directly by Apple and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
This app does not currently use any third-party analytics tools or advertising services.
All your data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, all data will be permanently deleted.
This app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes within the app. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
