Football Mastermind ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Denzel & Witt Creation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Usage data such as app interactions, features used, and session duration
• Device information such as device type, operating system, and app version
• Advertising identifiers for the purpose of serving relevant ads to free users
•  An anonymous user ID generated by Firebase Authentication, which does not contain your name, email, or any personally identifiable information

We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily share it in our community discussion feature.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and improve the app
• Display relevant advertisements to free users
• Analyse app performance and fix issues
• Associate community chat messages with an anonymous user ID 

Third-Party Services

Football Mastermind uses the following third-party services which may collect data independently:

• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Firebase Authentication (Google) — anonymous sign-in; generates a random user ID with no personal details  
• Firebase Firestore (Google) — stores community chat messages associated with your anonymous user ID 
• Apple App Store (in-app purchases)

These services have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review.

Community Chat & User-Generated Content

 Our app includes a community discussion feature. Chat messages are stored in Firebase Firestore (Google) and are associated with an anonymous user ID only. Please do not share personal information in public discussions. 

Users may report or block other users directly within the app by long-pressing any message. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours and removed if found to violate our guidelines. Users who submit offending content will be ejected from the community.

Account Deletion

Users may delete their anonymous account at any time from within the app by tapping the ⓘ icon in the Community screen and selecting "Delete Account". Upon deletion, all associated chat messages and local app data will be permanently and irreversibly removed. No further action is required. 

In-App Purchases

We offer a one-time in-app purchase ("Football Mastermind Pro") processed securely through Apple. A 7-day free trial is automatically granted to new users. Premium features require purchase after the trial period ends. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

Advertising

Free users may see banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. Pro users are not shown advertisements. AdMob may use your advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) to serve relevant ads. You may opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings. 

Data Retention

Chat messages are retained in Firebase Firestore until you delete your account or remove individual messages. Advertising identifiers are managed by Google AdMob per their data retention policies. We do not maintain any independent servers or databases. 

Age Rating

Football Mastermind is rated 17+ and is intended for users aged 17 and older. The app displays real-world sports betting odds for informational purposes. It does not process or facilitate real-money transactions. The app is not directed at children under the age of 17. 

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
